The Newest Generation of Advanced Placental-Based Allografts
AmnioWrap allografts address a wide variety of clinical needs for skin and dermal substitute applications by supporting the healing cascade in the treatment of acute and chronic wounds.

AmnioWrap is a placental-based allografts comprised of unseparated amnion and chorion membranes including the intact intermediate layer. The allografts contain collagen extracellular matrix and a wide array of regulatory proteins including growth factors, cytokines, and chemokines.
AmnioWrap allografts act as a protective covering when placed over the wound bed or surgical site, providing the key components found in human placental tissues including an intact extracellular matrix (ECM), growth factors and cytokines.
AmnioWrap contains the following:
-
Collagen
-
Laminin
-
Fibronectin
-
Over 200+ cytokines & chemokines
-
Hyaluronic acid (HA)
Benefits of AmnioWrap :
-
Acts as a barrier
-
Easy to handle and conforms to the application site
-
Provides an environment to repair, reconstruct, and replace tissue
Amniotic tissue contains defensins that have natural antimicrobial properties.
-
Contains inflammatory modulating growth factors
-
Pro-inflammatory growth factors promote angiogenesis and fibroblast production
-
Anti-inflammatory growth factors decrease chronic and catabolic inflammation

For Surgical Applications:
Place in the surgical site as needed. Specific orientation is not necessary for internal applications.
For Topical Applications:
When placing the amnion side down, it will directly place Epithelial Growth Factor (EGF) on a partial thickness wound site. For deeper topical wounds, placing chorion side down will place Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) directly on the wound to help stimulate vascular and fibroblast production.

Growth Factors:

AmnioWrap allografts are packaged dry and stored at room temperature.
-
4 year shelf life
-
Immunologically privileged allograft tissue
